1.The cessation of thoughts  brings about the Knowledge of the power behind the mind.

 

2. The process of restricting the area over which our thoughts roam about can be achieved by regular and continuous practice of Japam (Chanting of mantrams or Lord's names, etc), Dhyanam (Meditation) etc.

 

3. Japam and Dhyanam, which limit our thoughts and concentrate us on Japam and Dhyanam.


4. This practice  helps us in transforming our character.

 

5. We are the product of thoughts. 

 

6. What we think we become.

 

7. The nobler our thoughts, the nobler we become.
